BY PURCHASING ANY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO CANCELLATION. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS, AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE. TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, YOU MUST EMAIL SUPPORT AT ORDERS@NOTURESELFCARE.COM AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED. IF YOU CANCEL, YOU MAY USE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL THE END OF YOUR THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM. NOTÚRE MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN THE 48-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. RETURNS WITH THE REQUEST OF A REFUND WILL BE REFUNDED THE PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION COST MINUS THE SHIPPING AND IS AT THE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. MEMBERSHIP IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard payments through our secure web server.
After placing an order, credit card payments are billed immediately to your card issuing bank. This will prompt your bank to set aside those funds, which will be withdrawn and paid to Notúre to cover the merchandise and/or shipping costs.
PayPal payment is not accepted at this time.
We ship to physical street addresses using USPS (United States Postal Service) to PO Box and APO addresses. USPS will be referred to as “the carrier” going forward. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation the evening that the order ships from our Order Fulfillment Center. Shipments may be delayed during the holiday season. USPS typically does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are shipped once a month. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings.
Completion and delivery of any orders taken will be excused for acts of God, war, riots, fire, explosions, floods, strikes, lockouts, injunctions, inability to obtain fuel, power, raw materials, labor, containers or transportation facilities, accidents, breakage of machinery or apparatus, national emergency or because performance is made impracticable by the occurrence of any other unforeseeable contingency, or because of compliance in good faith with any applicable foreign or domestic governmental statute, regulation, order or other interference whether or not it is later determined to be invalid or in any circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of Notúre, to the extent that the same prevent or delay the performance of obligations herein contained. Any delivery so suspended shall be cancelled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise remain unaffected.
In order to keep customer shipping costs down, shipments are not automatically insured. Notúre is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages that are damaged, lost, tampered with, rifled through or misdirected by carriers or stolen by a third party. If you would like to have your order shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and/or signature confirmation, please submit the request in the comments box on the check-out page. If you choose this option, an additional fee is required and Notúre Customer Service will contact you directly. Please note that this service may not extend to military addresses.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds except under the following conditions:
1. If an order is returned by the carriers because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held by the carrier, items will only be reshipped after receiving the new shipping information from you. The order will not be sent until the additional shipping cost is paid. If you choose not to have the returned package reshipped, a refund minus the shipping cost may be issued.
2. If the carrier has not confirmed delivery* of your order or returned your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded by Notúre for your order.
*If several weeks have passed (see information on shipment delays under shipping information above) and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, a full refund will be issued. Please note that you will be obligated to return the package unopened in the event that it arrives after the refund has been issued, or we will charge you for the order.
3. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported by emailing support at email@example.com within 10 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement or refund based on product availability. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the email submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by customer service and a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging are not considered a damaged item. All refunds are at the discretion of customer service.
4. Your failure to give notice of any claim within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery of the products shall constitute a waiver by you of all claims in respect of such merchandise. The remedy hereby provided shall be cancelled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise remain unaffected. No claim of any kind shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which such damages are claimed, it being understood and agreed that Notúre’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the price you paid for the products in respect of which such damages are claimed.
