What's in each Notúre gift box?

Every Notúre gift box includes a unique blend of 3-5 custom curated items to delight the senses such as: natural and/or organic bath and body products, candles, motivational books and music, organic coffee and/or tea, handmade jewelry and much more. There is a new theme every month such as calm, love, or energize—delivered to your door to assist you on your self-care journey. It’s what we like to call self-care made simple.

When will I receive my Notúre gift box?

Your Notúre gift box will ship the 20th-24th each month. Our cutoff date is the beginning of the month, so your first box is typically the upcoming month's box. For instance, if you sign up in November, your first box will be the December box which ships in late November.

How often/when will I be billed?

We rebill once a month, on the 1st. If you ordered your box prior to the 15th of the month, you won't be charged twice for the same month's box. For example, if you sign up on February 26th and the February box has already shipped, your next bill date will be in April.

How can I change my credit/debit card or shipping address?

Sign in to your account by clicking "Log In" and sign in using your email and password. Once you are signed in, you can change the details of your account. Please email us at if you require assistance.

My Notúre gift box arrived damaged, incomplete, or it didn't arrive at all. What should I do?

Email us at immediately and we'll assist you to try and make it right!

How can I cancel my subscription?

We can’t imagine why you would want to, but canceling is easy. If you would like to skip a month, sign in to your account, click "Edit" and choose "Skip Next Renewal." To fully cancel your subscription, please send us an email at and we will process your cancellation. Please note that canceling your subscription means that you won't be billed again, but you will still receive any boxes for which you have already paid. Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month.
